Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These are the terms for using Pidge. They're short on purpose — if anything here is unclear, ask us at support@pidge.sh. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. What Pidge is
Pidge delivers notifications from your AI agents to your devices and carries your replies
back, so an agent can ask, wait for your answer, and resume. It includes the iOS
app, the pidge CLI, and the API at api.pidge.sh.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Apple account (or with your email, when email sign-in is offered). You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your channel keys and tokens to yourself — anyone holding a channel's credentials can send to it.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Pidge to break the law, to harass people, to send spam, or to knowingly distribute malicious content. Don't attempt to disrupt or overload the service, probe other users' data, or resell access to Pidge without our permission.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Free trial. New accounts get a 30-day free trial with full access. No card required — the trial simply ends if you don't subscribe.
- Plans. Pidge offers Base and Pro tiers, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency.
- Billing runs through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple account until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
- Founder license. The Founder license is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to Pro features. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Downgrades. If your plan ends or changes, we don't delete your data — features beyond your current plan pause until you're back on a plan that includes them.
5. Fair use
Rate limits exist to keep the service fast and fair for everyone. We may throttle traffic that exceeds them and, for serious or repeated abuse, suspend the account responsible. We'll be proportionate about it.
6. Your content
Your content is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and deliver it to your devices and channel members — that's the whole license. The Pidge apps, brand, and service remain ours.
7. Service changes and availability
We work to keep Pidge fast and reliable, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service or make a change that materially affects a paid plan, we'll give reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimers
Pidge is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Notification delivery ultimately depends on third parties (including Apple's push infrastructure) and on your device settings — don't rely on Pidge as your only channel for safety-critical alerts.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by missed or delayed notifications.
10. Termination
You can stop using Pidge and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Pidge after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
